Michele Borgarelli started to take photograph since he was 10 years old with an Agfamatic 100. Since that time, he has been fascinated by photography and has used several analgog cameras including Minolta, Polaroid, Rolleiflex, and Pentax. He is now using mainly Fujifilm and Nikon cameras. His photography interest is mainly focused on landscape, travel, street, and black and white photography. His photography is often organized in projectsaimed at telling different stories, sometimes with the same pictures. He does this by integrating the context of the photo itself in the narrative he wish to portray with his work. It is in this manner that new stories can emerge from the same images. His work has been published in various photography magazines and local newspapers and has been recognized in several contests. He has been finalist of the International Photographic Awards in 2024.
