House on Fire Ruin • NC1705-6047AM

Spirits of the Ancients Series • Mule Canyon • San Juan County, Utah • What makes this ruin so spectacular is that if you reach it at just the right time of day, the overhanging rock ledge lights up like it's on fire. Additionally, you are rewarded with an unforgettable journey back in time.

About Artist

Angele Florisi

I have spent the better part of a lifetime experiencing and recording the world I encounter from behind the viewfinder of a camera.  That process has become even more absorbing with improvements in digital technology. I have over 30 years of professional experience as a graphic designer and more than an equal number of years under my belt as a certified Apple computer technician. Consequently, I bring an unusual combination of skills to the photographic arts. My images range from broad landscapes to modern architecture, but my real passion is capturing the ancient native ruins and ghost towns of the American Southwest.
